Zoom recording to clips

Turn a recorded call
into clips worth posting

Paste the Zoom link or upload the file, and the AI reads the whole call, keeps the parts worth hearing twice, and frames them vertical with captions. Your first video is free.

Can you paste a Zoom link directly?

Yes. A zoom.us cloud recording link is a supported source, alongside YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, Facebook and X, so a recorded call can go from link to finished clips without you downloading and re-uploading the file first. You can still upload the local recording if you would rather.

Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.

How it works

Three steps, zero editing

01
Paste the recording link

A Zoom cloud recording link works as it is. So does a local .mp4 export, and so does the same call if you parked it on Drive or Dropbox.

02
It reads the whole call

The AI works from what was actually said, ranks the call for the segments that stand on their own, and trims each one so it starts on the point rather than on the throat clearing.

03
Take the clips

Vertical files with captions burned on, ready for TikTok, Shorts, Reels or a reply in the thread where somebody asked the question.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I paste a Zoom cloud recording link?

Yes. Links from zoom.us are supported directly, so you do not have to download the recording and upload it again. Local exports work too, as do the same files parked on Google Drive or Dropbox.

There are two people on the call. Does one get cropped out?

Not if you use the Split template, which gives each person their own panel stacked in the vertical frame so both stay visible and the crop follows each of them as they move. It comes with the paid plans. The free video uses the standard auto reframe, which holds whoever is speaking.

What about the gallery grid with eight people in it?

Be realistic about that one. The clean results come from calls with one or two people on camera. A full gallery of eight tiles has no single subject to follow, so you get a readable crop of the grid rather than something that feels made for vertical.

Does it need good audio?

It works from the speech, so the usual call problems matter more than the picture: heavy crosstalk and a bad microphone give it less to rank. A normal recorded conversation is plenty.

How long can the call be?

Up to ten hours on any paid plan, and thirty minutes on the free video. A two-hour call is one credit on Lite 30 and two on Lite 10, since a credit covers two hours there and one hour here - ten clips included with each credit.

What quality do the clips come out at?

Up to 1080p with no watermark on the paid plans. The free video renders at 720p with a small watermark.
