Council meeting
Nobody watches a council recording end to end, and the item a resident actually cares about sits somewhere in the middle. Upload the session and each item comes back as its own short vertical clip with captions. Your first video is free.
No card required for your first video.
Because they are published as one continuous file with no way in. A resident who cares about one planning application has to scrub through hours to find eleven minutes, and almost nobody does. Split into items, the same recording becomes something a person can actually use.
Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.
How it works
The same file that goes on the council site works here.
On a paid plan you enter your own timestamps, which matches an agenda better than any automatic guess.
One clip per item, captioned, so a search for that item finds the part that answers it.
