Retrospective

The lesson dies
with the sprint

A retro produces one or two genuinely useful realisations and then they evaporate into a document nobody reopens. Upload the recording and those moments come back as short vertical clips with captions. Your first video is free.

No card required for your first video.

New customers pay $7.20 for their first month of Lite 10, then $12/mo. One per customer, limited time.

Why do retro notes stop being read?

Because they are written as bullet points after the fact, and a bullet point loses the thing that made the realisation land: someone describing what went wrong while it was still fresh. The recording keeps that. The notes never do.

Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.

How it works

Three steps, zero editing

01
Bring the recording as it ran

Screen sharing included. What was said is what it works from.

02
Keep the realisations, drop the process

Paid plans let you mark the exact moments instead of accepting a pick.

03
Replay one before the next planning

A ninety second clip at the top of a meeting gets watched. A document does not.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is a retro too internal to clip?

Sometimes. A retro where someone was criticised should not become a shareable file, and that is a call about the content.

What if it is all screen sharing?

It works from the audio, so a session with no faces still produces clips.

How long can a retro be?

An hour on Lite 10, which covers a normal session with room to spare.

Can I keep the clips private?

They come back as ordinary video files. Where they go is entirely up to you.

Does it name who said what?

Only if a name is spoken aloud. Nothing is added that was not said.
