Google Meet to clips
Meet parks every recording in Drive, and a Drive link is a source you can paste. The AI listens to the whole call and keeps the stretches that hold up on their own. Your first video is free.
No card required for your first video.
Yes. Meet writes recordings to a Meet Recordings folder in Drive, and Google Drive sits on the supported list next to YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Dropbox, Facebook and X. Set the file to anyone-with-the-link, paste it, and you never touch a download. Uploading the file yourself still works if the folder is locked down.
Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.
How it works
Open the Meet Recordings folder, loosen the sharing so the link resolves, and paste it. A downloaded file is just as welcome.
The AI goes off what people actually said and pulls the exchanges that make sense without the hour around them.
Each one comes back framed vertical with captions on, ready to send or post.
FAQ
Not at all. Nothing about the meeting has to be prepared in advance, and a call recorded with everything left on default is normal input here.
In a Meet Recordings folder inside the organiser's Drive. That folder is where the link comes from.
Comfortably, on any plan - all of them take up to ten hours per video. On Lite 30 a ninety minute call is one credit, since a credit covers two hours there; on Lite 10 it is two credits, with twenty clips included instead of ten.
The framing holds whoever is talking rather than sitting on the grid. For two people trading turns, the Split template on paid plans gives each a panel instead.
Usually less than people fear and more than they expect. The point of running one through is that you find out in a few minutes instead of scrubbing the recording yourself.
Paste one Drive link and look at what comes back. The first video costs nothing and there is no card to enter.
