Testimonials

Let customers sell it,
thirty seconds at a time

A forty minute customer interview contains the one sentence that convinces the next buyer. Find it, frame it vertically and subtitle it, so social proof reaches people who will never read a case study. Try one interview on us.

Social proof

Why cut testimonials into short clips?

Buyers trust other buyers more than they trust your copy, but nobody watches a full case study interview on a phone. The persuasive part is usually a single moment: the problem they had before, the number that changed, the reason they would recommend you. Isolating those moments turns one recorded conversation into a set of proof points for ads, sales emails and feeds.

How do you make testimonial clips from a customer interview?

Record the conversation, then send the file or its URL. Passages where the customer describes their situation and the result are returned as short tall videos with subtitles baked into the frame. Give each one a headline stating the outcome, and use them in ads, on product pages or in outreach.

Interview questions that produce usable clips

Ask open questions that invite a story, and ask the customer to restate the question in their answer. "What was happening before you started using it?" gets a complete, quotable response far more often than a yes or no question.

Leave a pause after strong answers instead of jumping to the next question. Those pauses give each clip a clean ending.

Consent and accuracy

Get written agreement that the recording may be cut into short clips and used in advertising, not only in a case study. Customers often agree readily, but it has to be explicit for paid placements.

Numbers the customer quotes should be confirmed with them before a clip runs as an ad. An inflated figure in a testimonial is a problem for both of you.

Using clips across the funnel

Short problem clips suit cold audiences, result clips suit people comparing options, and objection clips suit prospects who already talked to sales. Tag each file by stage so marketing and sales can find the right one quickly.

Square and 4:5 versions sit well inside emails and landing pages, while tall versions suit feeds and story ads.

Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.
