Board meeting

A decision travels
better with its reason

Minutes record what was decided and lose why. Upload the recording and the reasoning comes back as short vertical clips with captions, in the words that were actually used. Your first video is free.

Why clip a board meeting at all?

Because a decision passed down as a line in the minutes gets read as an instruction, and the same decision heard in the chair's own voice gets read as a choice with a reason behind it. The second one survives contact with the people who have to carry it out.

In detail

What belongs in a clip and what does not

Not every part of a governance recording is meant to leave the room. The split is usually obvious once it is written down.

This is a judgement about the content of your own meeting, not something a tool can decide for you.

Figures here are the ongoing price. A new customer's first month of Lite 10 is $7.20, then $12/mo. One per customer, limited time.

Real clips generated from long videos. Captions and vertical reframing done automatically.

How it works

Three steps, zero editing

01
Bring the recording as it was captured

No trimming first. It is easier to skip a section than to hunt for one.

02
Choose the passages yourself

Paid plans accept your own timestamps, which matters more here than anywhere.

03
Circulate only what should circulate

Each clip is a separate file, so a decision can go out without the discussion around it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can it leave out the confidential parts?

You decide what becomes a clip. On a paid plan you set the exact start and end, so a sensitive stretch simply never enters one.

Does it blur faces?

No. Anything you would not want seen should not be in the passage you choose.

How long can a session be?

Up to ten hours on any plan, so a full board session fits in one go. What the plan changes is the cost: one credit covers three hours on Lite 50, two on Lite 30.

Is the audio usually good enough?

Room microphones vary. A clip is only as clear as the recording it came from, and captions help where the audio does not.

Can several directors use one account?

Plans count videos rather than seats.

Send the reason, not only the ruling

Run one recorded session and see which passages stand alone.
