Cropping a wide recording to vertical normally forces a choice: keep the camera or keep the play. Stacking keeps both in one tall frame, and you decide which one sits on top and how much height it gets. Available on paid plans.
No card required for your first video.
On a wide recording the camera usually lives in a corner, deliberately small so it stays out of the way. Crop that frame to vertical and one of two things happens: the crop follows the action and the camera is gone, or it follows the camera and the action is gone. Stacking removes the choice, because both are given their own band of the tall frame instead of competing for the same one.
In detail
First number is the camera, second is what it sits with. Both the order and the heights are yours to set.
| Split | Camera band | Reads best when |
|---|---|---|
| 30 / 70 | Small | What is happening matters more than the reaction |
| 40 / 60 | Modest | A balance that leans toward the action |
| 50 / 50 | Even | The reaction is half the point |
| 70 / 30 | Dominant | You are the show and the rest is background |
The camera can sit above or below. Swapping the order does not change the heights you picked.

How it works
Any recording where a camera and something else share the frame. The camera can be in any corner.
Choose which band goes on top, then how tall each one is. What you set is what renders, on every clip from that video.
Each one comes out tall with captions burned in, ready to upload without any further editing.
FAQ
A vertical clip that keeps two bands stacked in one frame: the camera in one, and whatever else was on screen in the other. Neither is thrown away by the crop.
Yes. The order is a setting, so the camera can sit above or below the other band, and the heights you picked stay the same either way.
No, you choose it. Automatic layout selection cannot reliably tell a game recording apart from a screen share or a slide deck, so this one is picked deliberately rather than guessed.
Yes. Anything with a camera plus a second thing on screen stacks the same way, including a screen share with a webcam in the corner.
Yes, stacking is on the paid plans. A free video uses the automatic layouts instead.
Upload one wide recording, set the two bands, and see both survive the crop.
